Israel Drops God Reference from Army Text
Yahoo News reports: Israel’s army has dropped references to God in a text read at a ceremony honoring fallen soldiers, a military official said on Friday, following
pressure from secular families. The relatives of some dead soldiers had protested that in many army units the text had been changed to the word “Yitzkor,” which calls on God to remember the fallen troops. The original text called on “the people of Israel” to keep the soldiers in their memories. The decision to revert back to the original text was taken by a military commission appointed by the army chief of staff, Lieutenant General Benny Gantz.
Obama May End Support for Israel
Jerusalem Prayer Team reports: A secret report from the Office of the Inspector General for the State Department reveals that the Obama Administration is strongly considering ending the decades-long program of loan guarantees that provides financial support to Israel. Israel is struggling with the combined effects of the worldwide economic downturn and the boycott of Israeli products observed by much of Europe, and the loss of US aid would be devastating to the Jewish state. The report expressed the frustration of the Obama Administration with Israel’s refusal to yield to the pressure to give up control of Jerusalem and retreat to the indefensible 1967 borders, as well as the fact that the Jews continue to build homes for their own people in their own land. “Planning should begin now for [the loan-guarantee program’s] orderly termination,” the report says.

Communist Party USA Endorses Obama
Vision to America reports: It may be early in the campaign season, but the Communist Party USA already has seen fit to endorse Barack Obama for the 2012 election. While noting he is disappointed with “some aspects” of the Obama administration’s domestic and foreign policy, Sam Webb, chairman of the Communist Party USA, threw his support behind Obama’s re-election bid. Top Hillary Clinton Aide Linked to Muslim Brotherhood
Jerusalem Prayer Team reports: Huma Abedin, best known as the wife of disgraced former Congressman Anthony Weiner, is also a top aide to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton…and a woman with intense family ties to the radical terrorist organization, The Muslim Brotherhood. Though born in Michigan, she was raised in Saudi Arabia, where she met the Clintons in 1996. Abedin’s mother helped found the Dar El-Hekma women’s college, closely tied to the Muslim Sisterhood (the female counterpart to the Muslim Brotherhood).
In addition, Abedin’s brother Hassan is business partner with a number of Muslim Brotherhood members and works at the Oxford Center for Islamic Studies to promote the study of Islam in England. Oxford is home to some of the most radical versions of Islam being spread today. It is troubling indeed to have someone with such intimate ties to a known terrorist group that hates both America and Israel so close to so much sensitive information without a proper security vetting.

Obama Birth Certificate Subpoenaed
Vision to America reports: Computer scanning expert Doug Vogt and typesetting
expert Paul Irey say they will accompany attorney Orly Taitz when she presents to the Hawaii Department of Health a subpoena that should allow her to examine Barack Obama’s original 1961 typewritten birth certificate. Vogt and Irey both told WND they are making travel plans to join Taitz in Honolulu when she goes to the state agency at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 8, to present the subpoena in person. “We will plan to hold a press conference late in the day of Aug. 8,” Vogt said, “and if the document we see varies from the birth certificate documents the White House released, we plan to file criminal charges in Hawaii immediately.”
Hawaii DOH Officials to Appear In Court for Refusing Access to Obama Birth Certificate
ConservativeAmericaOnline.blogspot.com reports: Attorney Orly Taitz secured an order from U.S. District Court Magistrate Judge Richard L. Puglisi requiring officials from the Hawaii Department of Health (DOH) to appear in court on Sept. 14 to show cause as to why Taitz should be prevented from seeing Barack Obama’s origional birth certificate. DOH denied Orly access to the records claiming that Obama’s Birth Certificate is sealed as a matter of “privacy” but Taitz is arguing that privacy is now moot since Obama has already released what he contends is a copy of his actual birth certificate on the Internet.
