Muslim Hate Groups Target Jewish Students on America’s Campuses
IT’S WORTH CONSIDERING
It shouldn’t surprise anyone that college campuses have become a hotbed for anti-Semitism in recent years. With leftist hippies from the 60s now in tenured positions, hatred for anything Jewish has become commonplace. Even with all the rhetoric about tolerance, if you’re a Christian or a Jew, the attitude of tolerance no longer applies. An example of their selective tolerance was a week-long event last year at the Irvine campus of the University of California. “Apartheid Week” became an open display of Muslim and leftist hatred for the Jewish students. Barbed wire was strung around “checkpoints” where pro-Palestinian activists waved mock weapons and shouted to passing students, “Are you Jewish?” They erected “Apartheid Walls” covered with Hamas posters portraying Jews as baby-killers and maps with the Jewish state removed and replaced with “Palestine.”
The lead sponsors of the event and others like it and the chief instigators of the attacks on Jews are the Muslim Students Association (MSA) and Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP). At the Berkeley campus, a civil rights lawsuit was filed against the University for failing to protect a Jewish student from a violent attack by an SJP activist. The suit notes that the SJP and the MSA not only cosponsor anti-Jewish events, but they even share office facilities on campus.

AS I SEE IT
As I said earlier, things like this are happen regularly on campuses across America, and the same two groups are at the center of the action, and since the victims are Jewish, most universities do nothing to help them. While not all chapters of the Muslim Students Association are this open in their hatred of Jewish students, the national MSA strongly supports, instigates, and defends such actions. When the University of California removed the infamous saying of the great prophet, “Fight the Jews and kill them,” from the MSA website, the national association protested the action as “religious persecution.”

God is watching as America allows this to continue, yet we sing “God bless America” and expect Him to respond. If this were our only sin against God, there would be hope if we would turn from our wicked ways, but it’s only the tip of the iceberg. We’ve got so much turning to do that hoping and praying for God’s mercy is our only hope, but why should God continue to be merciful to us. The only biblical reason is that He is giving a rebellious people more time to come to Him. We all need to take a look at what we are doing with the time God is giving us.
